Cogent information received by this paper indicate that security forces in Monrovia and its environs have launched a dragnet for the arrest of one Andrew Smith, who has being named as the ring leader for several disgruntled elements who are planning to disrupt the ensuing general and presidential elections, while other collaborators are now said to be in hiding.
