A six bed room house belonging to the Director of City and Town Planning at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Isaac Kumeh was yesterday morning burnt down by fire in the Clara Town Community. Mr. Kumeh has been residing in the house up to the time of the fire incident yesterday.

The UN Refugee Agency and UN Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) made a joint donation of assorted items of domestic, sanitary, agriculture tools and a wheel chair to the Gondorlahun clinic, school and community in Lofa County. Mr. Nagasaka Kazutoshi, Head of UNHCR Sub Office, Lofa County and Ms. Monica Anderson of the UNMIL Humanitarian Coordinating Section made the donation on behalf of the respective organizations and urged residents to undertake initiatives for developmental activities.

Barely one month following the arrest and subsequent detention of Hans William and Mardia Paykue at the Monrovia Central Prison in connection with the death of little Angel Togba, state prosecutors have announced the trial of the two murder suspects will take place during the May Term of Court.
