The president of the William VS Tubman Technical College in Harper, Maryland County, Dr. Elizabeth Davis-Russell has disclosed that aboutUS$2 million is needed to revamp the College.
Addressing journalists at the end of an educational forum at a local hotel in Monrovia, Dr. Russell noted that the amount will include completing the ongoing renovation works on the campus, recruit instructors and furnish the buildings.

The United Nations Volunteer (UNV) Programme has concluded the distribution of stationeries including cash boxes to four newly established Volunteers Saving and Lending Associations (VSLA) in Salala District, Bong County.
The VSLA is a pilot project designed to promote women economic empowerment at the county level through volunteerism.
