The Government of the United States of America, in collaboration with the Government of Liberia, have sworn in additional 14 American Peace Corps Volunteers to serve as instructors of various disciplines, or subjects in several schools in Liberia, particular so in rural parts of the country for the next two years, with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf welcoming the idea, expressing “Hoped and Confidence” that it will overturn massive failures of Liberian Students in the West African Examinations Council in next coming school year.

 It was a day of mixed weather: the sun initially showed its sweltering prowess, making everywhere hot. Then, it became cloudy. Large droplets of rain came down, hitting the soil unfeelingly, for a while; then, the sun show its face again, this time not as sizzling as the previous.

The car engine stops automatically. Yelping and groaning, vibrating across the dead-quiet densely ever-green forest intensified.
