| Hans and Wife Trial Set For May Term Of Court |

Yangian Barely one month following the arrest and subsequent detention of Hans William and Mardia Paykue at the Monrovia Central Prison in connection with the death of little Angel Togba, state prosecutors have announced the trial of the two murder suspects will take place during the May Term of Court. The disclosure was made Thursday by the Assistant Montserrado county Attorney, Tamba Gborie when he briefed a group of judicial reporters following claim by the lawyer of the accused, Cllr Musa Dean, that his clients are being detained for a prolonged period without trial. According to Attorney Gborie, presentment by the state prosecutors have already been made and by next Tuesday, will be presented to the grand jury of Monsterrado County for the indictment of the two murder suspects for the May, 2008 term of court. Hans Williams and his fiancée, Mardia Paykue were formally charged with murder while his father and mother in-law, Mr.& Mrs. Paykue and aide Patrick Kollie were charged with criminal facilitation on February 14, 2008 after the second autopsy report on the remain of little Angel Togba performed by a Cuban trained pathologist was released by the Justice Ministry. The report indicated that she was sexually abused and strangulated to death. Both Hans Williams and Mardia Paykue were the guardians of the late 13-year old little Angel Togba whose body was reportedly found hanging in the bath room of their Sinkor, Old road residence on November 30, 2007.
