Finance Minister Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan has extended his “Budget To The People Drive” to two higher institutions of learning in the country to satisfy the curiosity of students on issues surrounding the budget process. After kicking of the campaign last Wednesday at a Hatai center in central Monrovia, the Minister and her Deputy for Revenue, Elfrieda Stewart-Tamba, took the exercise to the University of Liberia and the Booker Washington Institute In Kakata, Margibi County last Friday. The drive is intended to clearly educate the public on the budget process and how allocations are made and revenue generated to support these allocations – something very unprecedented in the country’s history. As questions flare last Friday from the public domain at the University regarding who gets what, why and how, so there were equally appropriate answers from the right minds and technicians in the persons of Minister Ngafuan and his Deputy Stewart-Tamba
