|UL Launches New ID Card Machine|

A modern ID card photographing equipment recently acquired by the University of Liberia was officially launched yesterday, April 26, 2010 on the main campus of the University.
At a brief ceremony, Dr. Emmet A. Dennis, president of the University of Liberia said he was satisfied with the incremental progress taking place at the University. He described the new equipment as a breakthrough that would help properly identify the teeming faculty, staff and student population at the institution.
University of Liberia Student Union President, Henry Smith, lauded the UL Administration and noted equipment is very essential for the smooth running of the University.
The new ID card machine has the capacity to produce 1,000 ID cards a day. Members of the UL Executive Committee commenced the process, which would be followed by- students, faculty and the staff.
