“The work of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) is very vital to stability and genuine reconciliation. No one expects that the TRC would conduct its affairs in a manner that would dissatisfy citizens whom it would work with.” These were the words of one of several Statement Takers that were denied interview by TRC after they have sat an aptitude test in their county of origin to be recruited as Statement Takers with the TRC during the process of recruitment in Monrovia last week.
