An alleged robber, Mohammed Sheriff, caught by several well built individuals on

Carey Street
for breaking into a private residence and attempting to make away with several valuable items was severely flogged and stabbed on the right cheek. He was later turned  over to a patrolling Police van for interrogation.

About seventeen benefit seeking individuals armed with gasoline, sticks and other body piecing materials were arrested at UNMIL Star Base on Bushrod Island Tuesday for allegedly setting ablaze two of the Mission’s power steering jeeps, physically damaging the third and bodily injuring two international and a local staff of UNMIL.
